Dufit support

Contact our team for help with your account, workouts or subscriptions.

Include your app version, device model and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card details or private health information.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel your subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. If a purchase is missing, sign in to the same Dufit account and use Restore purchases in the app.

Account and privacy

You can request account deletion from the app. If you cannot access your account, contact support using the email address registered with Dufit.

Informe a versão do aplicativo, o modelo do aparelho e uma descrição do problema. Não envie senhas, dados de cartão ou informações privadas de saúde.

Assinaturas

Gerencie ou cancele sua assinatura na conta da Apple App Store ou do Google Play usada na compra. Se uma compra não aparecer, entre na mesma conta Dufit e use Restaurar compras no aplicativo.

Conta e privacidade

Você pode solicitar a exclusão da conta pelo aplicativo. Se não conseguir acessar sua conta, entre em contato com o suporte pelo e-mail cadastrado no Dufit.
